Cost Controller Staff

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cost Controller Staff to join our finance team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets for various departments and projects.
• Conduct regular cost analysis to identify areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with the Cost Controller Manager to ensure adherence to budgetary goals.
• Support in the preparation of financial reports, including variance analysis and cost tracking.
• Assist in monitoring and controlling inventory levels, implementing effective inventory management practices.
• Review and analyze contracts and agreements for cost-effectiveness.
• Participate in compliance checks with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Provide support in assessing financial risks and contributing to risk mitigation strategies.
• Contribute ideas for process improvement to enhance cost-effectiveness.
• Assist in providing accurate cost estimates for new projects or initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in a finance or accounting role, with exposure to cost control activities, fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant financial software/tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
