Country Sales Manager - Color Management System

A global leader in color management solutions, is seeking a highly motivated Country Sales Manager to spearhead our business operations in Indonesia. You will be helping out to develop the sales operation and commercial team as well as introduce the technology to the potential clients. You will be expected to develop business relationship with textile and garment companies in Indonesia.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development:

   • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the textile and garment industry.
   • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
   • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

2. Solution Selling:

   • Utilize your expertise in solution selling to effectively communicate the value of the color management solutions to potential clients.
   • Collaborate with the technical and support teams to tailor solutions to meet client needs.

3. Team Building:

   • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.
   • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.
   • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure their professional growth.

4. Market Expansion:

   • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
   • Develop and execute plans to expand company's presence in the textile/garment market.

5. Budget Management:

   • Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve business objectives.

Profile

• Proven experience in sales and business development within the textile/garment industry.
• Strong network of contacts within the industry.
• Demonstrated success in solution selling and achieving sales targets.
• Experience in establishing new businesses and building successful teams.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
