Job Responsibility:
- Collecting and analyzing customer data and the new insight
- Using CRM systems to manage relationships and maintain customer retention
- Developing new ways to meet customers’ needs
- Collect customer feedback through panel tests and build something to upgrade customer experience
- Creating and executing CRM programs or retention campaigns for existing customers (e.g membership)
- Developing marketing campaigns to attract new customers Collaborating with sales, marketing, customer service, and operations teams to improve the customer experience
- Build and improve our customer life cycle and maintain loyal customers which is part of customer retention
Job Requirement:
- You have 2+ years of relevant experience in CRM, preferably in a fast-paced startup
- Experiences in related industries will be highly appreciated and regularly handle Push notifications, In-App Notification, Banner apps, WhatsApp reminder & Cluster page
- Has experience in analyzing CRM data
- Outstanding organizational skills and experience in effectively planning and coordinating projects across multiple departments
- Demonstrates high-quality judgment and decision-making, end-to-end thinking, as well as strong analytical skills
- Familiar with CRM tools (e.g, Moengage, Braze)
- Experienced with and passion for e-commerce & social commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Shopee), consumer products, and digital marketing, a plus
