- Manage Customer Service & Customer Support such as consultation, registration, complain, problem solving, and so on (have experience as Customer Service, Customer Support or CRM Specialist is a point plus)
- Manage customer database
- Converting inbound leads into sales
- Outbound sales for every promotion campaign
- Converting outbound leads into potential leads
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer data, track interactions, and automate workflows (experience in using Qontak is a point plus)
- Develop and maintain documentation of CRM processes, procedures, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in sales marketing or CRM roles
- Excellent skills for communicating and relating with both team members and customers
- Proven track record of using data and analytics tools to increase performance and enhance customer experience
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- A big passion on engaging customers and expanding their use cases through our product.
