General Qualifications:
1. Minimum undergraduate degree 1 (One).
2. Minimum 2 (two) years experience in the same field
3. Can operate Microsoft Office applications

Special Qualifications:
1. Have the ability to speak English both verbally and in writing
2. Have the ability to communicate well and effectively
3. Have sufficient expertise and knowledge in the F&B area
4. Have the ability to analyze and think tactically.

Responsibility:
1. Introducing PT products. Surya Indo Plastic and provides services to customers, both existing and potential customers.
2. Answer telephone calls and/or emails from customers
3. Help resolve customer problems/complaints
4. Establish good communication with customers
5. Prepare documents related to customer complaints
6. Identify and provide solutions to customer complaints
7. Communicate customer complaints well and clearly to the relevant department
