Uraian Tugas

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

  • Develop and implement robust categorization systems for User Experience data to streamline information retrieval and facilitate meaningful insight
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of User Experience data for insightful analysis
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and tailor categorization strategies accordingly
  • Ensure ongoing monitoring and updating of metrics essential for a comprehensive understanding of User Experience performance
