Job Descriptions:
- Handle incoming inquiries from clients, agents, and other stakeholders related to real estate transactions.
- Provide accurate information about available properties, pricing, and terms of sale or lease.
- Assist clients in scheduling property viewings and facilitate communication between clients and real estate agents.
- Address and resolve customer concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and property management, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track and manage customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Customer Service, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of real estate processes, terminology, and legalities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in real estate Customer Service.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a positive attitude towards teamwork
- Proficiency in English both verbally and written
- Willing to be placed at Sawangan, Depok
