Vasanta Group is currently looking for "Customer Service" with details as below

Job Descriptions:

• Handle incoming inquiries from clients, agents, and other stakeholders related to real estate transactions.
• Provide accurate information about available properties, pricing, and terms of sale or lease.
• Assist clients in scheduling property viewings and facilitate communication between clients and real estate agents.
• Address and resolve customer concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and property management, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
• Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track and manage customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Customer Service, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of real estate processes, terminology, and legalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in real estate Customer Service.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a positive attitude towards teamwork
• Proficiency in English both verbally and written
• Willing to be placed at Sawangan, Depok
