Requirements
- Min Diploma Degree in Communication/Administration/Management or related major from reputable university, with min. GPA 2.90 (in scale of 4.00).
- Experienced min. 1 year as Reception Officer/Guest Relations Officer/Front Desk Agent/related.
- Computer literate and familiar with Ms. Office.
- Possess basic knowledge in general Customer Service activities.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess good personality with high self-motivation
- Sociable, possess willing-to-serve spirit.
- Possess good initiative, responsible, and adaptable.
