Job Description:
- Customer Inquiry Handling:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through WhatsApp, Online Store, and Social Media.
- Address both pre-sales and after-sales queries to provide comprehensive support. - Order Processing:
- Prepare invoices, quotes, and payment method links, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Retrieve and enter order information into the database to maintain up-to-date records.
- Calculate estimated product shipping costs based on relevant factors. - Customer Experience Enhancement:
- Ensure a positive customer experience by providing excellent service and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Collect feedback from customers and communicate insights to the Customer Service team for continuous improvement. - Communication:
- Collaborate with the Customer Service team to share relevant information and updates.
- Communicate with other departments, such as Sales and Shipping, to streamline processes and resolve customer issues. - Adherence to Policies:
- Adhere to company policies and guidelines related to Customer Service, order processing, and communication.
Requirements:
- English required (average level or +)
- Proven experience in a Customer Service or administrative role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
