- Strong understanding of supply chain and Customer Services business drivers, organization structures and key metrics.
- Well-developed interpersonal / communication skills.
- Demonstrates problem solving skills and working under tight timelines multi-tasking abilities exception based management capability.
- Ability to balance priorities across multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and leverage systems and information to influence others
- Sound understanding of Customer Services
- Supply Chain related experience in Demand Planning, preferably in CPG/Consumer Electronics company
- Working knowledge of any of the ERP systems like BPCS, RMS/OMS, etc.
Job Requirement :
- Minimum S1, Business Administration, Management or relevant field
- Work experience : minimum 1-2 years in Customer Service field. Have experience in FMCG is an advantage
- Good communication skills, good personal adaptability, problem solver, highly committed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Aptitude in working with numbers.
- Experience in collecting and analyzing data
- Strong analytical skills, highly numerate and able to distill complex situations to clear recommendations and action plans

- Willing to be placed in Rungkut, Surabaya area with 6 month contract
