Uraian Tugas

Job Description:

  • Strong understanding of supply chain and Customer Services business drivers, organization structures and key metrics.
  • Well-developed interpersonal / communication skills. 
  • Demonstrates problem solving skills and working under tight timelines; multi-tasking abilities; exception based management capability.
  • Ability to balance priorities across multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and leverage systems and information to influence others
  • Sound understanding of Customer Services
  • Supply Chain related experience in Demand Planning, preferably in CPG/Consumer Electronics company
  • Working knowledge of any of the ERP systems like BPCS, RMS/OMS, etc.

Job Requirement :

  • Minimum S1, Business Administration, Management or relevant field
  • Work experience : minimum 1-2 years in Customer Service field. Have experience in FMCG is an advantage
  • Good communication skills, good personal adaptability, problem solver, highly committed 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Aptitude in working with numbers.
  • Experience in collecting and analyzing data
  • Strong analytical skills, highly numerate and able to distill complex situations to clear recommendations and action plans
  • Strong communication & leadership skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Tenacity, drive and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Negotiation and influencing skills
  • Willing to be placed in Menara Mandiri, Jakarta area with contract based
