Job Description:
- Create complex model related to order, buyer and cost related with feasibility support
- Strategically design voucher mechanics and set up monthly buyer KPI to drive commercial team to reach the target
- Analyze buyer behavior to find valuable insight in order to drive performance
- Big Picture thinking and planning to layout concrete buyer growth strategy
- Demonstrate leadership to guide the overall project requirements in initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, evaluation and closure
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to solve commercial performance issue
- Effectively manage team member and communicate clear project expectation to go beyond quality standard
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in management, business or any related field
- Minimum 4 years of work experience in related fields
- Minimum 2 years of leadership / mentor experience
- Strong Excel skill is required
- Basic SQL skill is required
- Good communication and presentation skills, both speaking and written in Thai and English
- Strong leadership skills and be a good team player with growth mindset
- Strong analytical skill and able to make judgement based on logical reasons
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks in order to prioritize team's tasks and meet deadlines
- Flexible in working hours (issues that require attention can occur outside normal working hours)
