Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor degree from visual design communication/DKV, arts, textile, mass-communication or any related field
- Experienced in social media management, project management and digital marketing strategies
- Experienced in design/video projects, creative design, copywriting, photography, digital media, preferably for garment/textile/apparel/fashion product branding
- Familiar with digital video/photo production and editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightworks, Photoshop, and other video/photo editing application)
- Have strong portfolio (link to IG, TikTok, YouTube, and others)
- Have leadership and managerial skill
Tasks & responsibilities
- Perform for planning strategic digital plans, developing and producing creative ideas, suggesting new innovative ways of delivering Digital Content and keeping up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and visual
- Organize for producing video Digital Content, creating artwork needed for video production
- Interpret and update algorithms and current features on IG, TikTok, and Youtube
- Monitor and collect social media engagement data to analyze performance product to determine the upcoming content and activity
- Manage daily activities of the official social media accounts
- Master in product knowledge
- Participate in regular departmental and cross-departmental progress meetings
- Lead the Social Media Team to meet deadline and collaborate with cross-department to optimize marketing strategies
- Report to Director
