Job Descriptions:
• Plan and schedule Social Media calendar content and create visual content for various Social Media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
• Create consistent and meaningful content across all Social Media platforms, including writing and editing Social Media posts, increasing customer engagement, and promoting Social Media campaigns
• Develop a workable budget, media, content, and editorial plan, and track new Social Media trends and hashtags
• Work with the marketing team to strategize content ideas
• Create, run, and optimize Social Media ads: IG ads, TikTok ads, and YouTube ads
• Analytical analysis to measure campaign success
• Track Social Media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability
• Collect data on various Social Media platforms and generate weekly/monthly reports Develop a Social Media content plan consistent with the company's brand identity
• Create consistent and meaningful content across all Social Media platforms, including writing and editing Social Media posts, increasing customer engagement, and promoting Social Media campaigns
• Manage a high volume of daily Social Media posts
• Communicate with Social Media followers, including responding to inquiries promptly
• Build a concept for a campaign and implement visuals and captions
• Responsible to receive the brief to be developed and run it into a concept
• Re-evaluate every content that has been published, and analyze what kind of content your audience needs and likes
• Suggest recommendations for customizing Social Media marketing strategy for optimal results.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field
• Good-looking and willing to appear on Social Media brand client
• Actively create content on Social Media (especially Instagram or TikTok)
• Very creative and following Social Media trends
• Minimum 2 years of Social Media experience including planning and managing content in a corporate, or agency-setting
• Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other Social Media best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Multi-tasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
• Willing to be placed in South Jakarta (work from office).
