Job Description
- Create content using storytelling strategy to maintain engagement for Social Media channels. Including but not limited to written posts, banners, and Social Media captions.
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences, reflecting our brand identity and voice.
- Plan content and maintain post schedules. Ensure consistent posting schedule that aligns with overarching Marketing Campaigns & Event Strategies.
- Monitor and analyze Social Media performance metrics.
- Keep updated on trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activity to identify opportunities, adapt strategy, and maintain a competitive advantage.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or in any related field.
- Min. 2 year of experience in handling Social Media for brands, especially in fashion or beauty brands.
- Strong understanding of Social Media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with diverse audiences and the creation of compelling content.
- Ability to adapt with a fast moving working environment, excellent attention to detail, and creative mindset.
