Key Resposibilities
- Develop digital planning strategy based on the project brief
- has a strong skill to identify trends and insights, then optimize the budget and performance based on the insights
- Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Create key performance indicator projections for the project.
- Execute paid media placement on social media platforms.
- Do campaign monitoring and take actions to optimize ongoing campaigns.
- Analyze campaign and monthly social media reports to ensure alignment with established planning strategy, ROI and key performance indicators.
- Conduct competitor analysis.
- Suggest new digital channels that have the potential to increase performance in an efficient way or any innovation on social media
Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.
- Have experience at least 2 years work experience, preferably in media / digital agency or experience in media / Digital Marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Experience in handling digital performance based campaign such as Conversions, Lead-Generation, Community, and etc.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta & Tik Tok Dashboard, Minter, Brand24, etc)
- Strong knowledge and understanding on search, display, social, data analytics, influencers marketing and video
- Live in Jakarta area and can work as soon as possible, will be preferable
