Responsibilities:
- Growth & Engagement:
- Craft and implement data-driven social media strategies to achieve organic growth and audience engagement across platforms.
- Develop compelling content plans aligned with brand identity and optimize for each platform's unique dynamics.
- Collaborate with influencers and attend key events to amplify brand reach and forge strategic partnerships.
- Brand & Strategy:
- Stay ahead of the curve by actively researching and analyzing emerging social media trends, adapting strategies accordingly.
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and inform comprehensive marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with design and creative teams to develop innovative visual content strategies that resonate with the target audience.
- Serve as a liaison between creative and account departments, ensuring brand messaging consistency and cohesiveness.
- Performance & Analysis:
- Prepare and present detailed social media performance reports, translating data into actionable insights.
- Monitor campaign performance, KPIs, and competitor activity, making adjustments as needed for optimal results.
- Leverage your understanding of growth hacking techniques to maximize organic reach and engagement.
