JOB & RESPONSIBILITY
- Responsible for the entire process of Digital Marketing from setting up strategy, to executing and managing Digital Marketing of major brands and product lines.
- Create a Digital Marketing Strategy that inline with overall Company Strategy and Brand Strategy.
- Manage Brand Digital Campaign
- Setting up Quarterly Digital Campaign.
- Ensure Digital Materials are inline and suitable for Campaign objectives.
- Manage Campaign execution.
- Evaluating Campaign (measure KPI and ROI).
- Manage Yearly and Quarterly Digital budget, and spend wisely according to direction and approval.
- Optimise digital placement and digital tools usage in various digital channels.
- Manage Brand Digital assets (Social Media, websites) to be maintained, updated, and competitive vs key competitor’s digital asset.
- Manage Digital Marketing Agencies
- Set up key deliverables for agencies and ensure agencies to deliver it.
- Review performance of current agencies, give feedback, inputs and evaluate regularly.
- Conduct new pitching if required.
- Finalise Agency agreement and renewal.
- Manage KOL for brand communication support.
- Stay up to date with Digital marketing worlds, new digital news, new digital policies and tools, and facilitate Digital training for entire marketing team from Media, facebook, google, Twitter, e-com etc.
- Help Market Research Manager in conducting Online Research.
- Support E-Commerce by optimising traffic to e-commerce sites and optimising the effectiveness of e-com in-site Advertising. Be the source of contact for all coordination between the Marketing (Regular) and Ecom teams.
- Ensure Reporting is done for every Campaign, Monthly Report, Quarterly Report, and Annual Report.
- Manage and anticipate Digital Issues that are potentially harmful for brands and company.
