PAY RANGE
The Target Pay Range for this position is $75,900-$92,600 annually. The full Pay Range is $59,000-$109,500 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training.
Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant.
Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE :
In this role as a Digital Marketing Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering impactful insights for promotional offers.
Your work will directly contribute to the success of incentive programs, ensuring accurate calculations, identifying qualified recipients, and effectively communicating internal processes.
You will have the opportunity to define and create efficient fulfillment processes, collaborating with various teams to ensure successful execution.
As the main point of contact for incentive fulfillment, your role will be crucial in managing inquiries, communications, and exception cases.
WHAT YOU’LL DO :
- Align with BECU Competencies : Perform all responsibilities in alignment with organizational competencies and regulatory requirements.
- Proactively Manage Business Process : Take charge of the business process involving planning, approval, production, delivery, and life cycle of promotional incentive offers, involving internal and external partners.
- Define and Operationalize Fulfillment Process : Develop and operationalize the fulfillment process, gaining buy-in from relevant channels.
- Serve as Main Point of Contact : Act as the primary contact for incentive fulfillment management and liaison between key stakeholders.
- Manage Exception Cases : Develop and manage exception cases in collaboration with the business owner.
- Coordinate and Execute Changes : Implement changes to the incentive fulfillment plans and processes and communicate effectively internally.
- Generate Incentive Reports : Utilize data queries to create incentive reports, ensuring accuracy and maintenance of incentive data in the data warehouse.
- Collaborate with Data Management Team : Partner with the Data Management Team to validate query sources, resolve data issues, and prepare monthly incentive reports.
- Ensure Accuracy and Quality : Verify and correct incentive inaccuracies, maintaining data quality within marketing systems and databases.
- Full-time hours required, with additional hours, as necessary.
MIMIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, finance / economics or equivalent work or education experience required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience analyzing and pulling data from a data warehouse.
- Experience in reporting and data analytics tools like Excel and Tableau.
- Experience in structuring and conducting analyses that generate insights and recommendations required.
- Experience with database concepts, complex queries, stored procedures, and scheduled jobs in a database environment
- Experience in Project Management
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the financial industry preferred.
