Job Description
- Develop, execute and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals and target audiences
- Create & optimize engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms, including websites, Social Media, email, and other digital channels
- Implement dan manage Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategies to improve website visibility, drive organic traffic and optimize paid campaigns
- Plan, execute, and monitor Social Media campaigns across platforms to build brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive traffic
- Design & implement effective email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis
- Monitor & analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing campaigns
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices. Make recommendations for continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree from Communications, marketing, marketing communications, broadcasting
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Skill in strategy & implementation of digital marketing, incl. Social Media
- Ability to develop & execute digital content (visual & writing) in English & Bahasa Indonesia
- Familiar & interested in digital marketing & Social Media (website, google analytics, facebook, twitter, instagram, youtube, tiktok, pinterest, etc)
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc
- Use tools like Google Analytics to assess website performance, user behavior, and identify areas for improvement
- Digital content trends related to IT industry, internet, gaming, etc
- Social media tools (IG, FB, TW analytics, Buffer, SocialBakers, Sproutsocial, etc)
- Digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc
- Google Analytics to assess website performance, user behavior, and identify areas for improvement
- Creative, Energic, Detail Oriented, analytical, discipline
- Adaptable & able to work under pressure
- Good communications, coordination & interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in team or individual
