Social Media Specialist - Technology Brands

As our Social Media Specialist, you'll spearhead the management of Social Media pages for leading Technology Brands, either international or national client brands. Your responsibilities will include crafting compelling content, devising effective strategies, and overseeing execution to ensure exceptional performance, liaise with internal teams, and orchestrate the timely execution of clients' needs and plans to drive the attainment of their digital marketing objectives. By analyzing data insights, you'll drive continuous improvements, collaborating closely with internal teams and clients. Your role will be pivotal in shaping Social Media initiatives aligned with our objectives. Computesta is an established digital agency based in Jakarta, providing services for Social Media management, event organization, and website development and maintenance.
 

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of creating and executing Social Media campaigns and content, from trend observation and brainstorming to scheduling and posting.
• Collaborate with our team of web and graphic designers, developers, video and motion graphics staff to produce engaging content.
• Utilize Social Media analytics tools to analyze campaign performance, content effectiveness, deriving actionable insights for optimization or refine strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill and support clients' marketing requirements effectively. 
• Support client's need with good understanding and know how to implement idea for Social Media growth.
• Manage and grow official Social Media accounts across multiple platforms (Mainly on Facebook & Instagram, experience with emerging Social Media platforms such as TikTok is advantageous).
• Stay up-to-date on Social Media and industry trends and make adapting strategies/recommendations for new opportunities to increase engagement and brand awareness.
• Engage with and respond to all comments and inquiries promptly.
• Provide detailed and comprehensive reporting on campaign performance.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in an advertising agency or startup environment.
2. Familiarity with Social Media management tools and analytics platforms.
3. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills and pay attention to detail.
4. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. 
5. Good sense of design and creative works.
6. Passion for digital platforms, particularly Social Media, and a willingness to stay abreast of developments in this space.
7. Proactive team player with a creative and innovative approach to collaboration, have persistent and outgoing personality, eager to learn.
8. Have positive & open mindset and self-motivated with an ability to work without close supervision.
9. Excellent communication, negotiation & reporting skills in both Bahasa and English.
10. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
11. Exceptional copywriting and storytelling abilities.
12. Basic knowledge of Hardware & Computer Troubleshooting and Gaming Accessories is mandatory.
13. Passionate about Technology, Computer Hardware, and Gaming/E-Sports industry.
14. Comfortable appearing on camera for content creation purposes.
15. Familiarity with Meta ads platform is a plus.
