Deskripsi :
- Candidates with expertise in sales growth and strategic planning related to direct sales of ALKES and animals (including pets, New Project) are preferred.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives in direct selling and veterinary.
- Develop comprehensive strategies for offline pop-up retail initiatives.
- Lead Direct Selling Team (Medical Store Offline) into a clear and efficient sales strategy to boost sales performance and achieve sale out target
- Make planning or working program according to sales target
- Analyzing and evaluating all sales & promotion program and submit report to management.
- Investigate, resolve, and log customer issues and advise on follow-up actions
- Maintain relationships with customers, by managing and interpreting their requirements. Follow up with customers, respond to queries, and solicit further orders.
Persyaratan :
- Bachelor’s Degree minimum
- 5 years minimum of exceptional work experience in GT Sales & Distribution
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Power Point & Excel.
- Good communication, data analysis, & reporting
- Having leadership and able to manage team member
- High achiever, target oriented
