• Support Supply Chain and Logistics, including sales support functions and activities related to supporting the business in Bosch Rexroth.
• Participate in a personalized program to gain exposure to different areas of the company and develop a comprehensive understanding of its operations.
• Gain a deep understanding of Bosch Rexroth applications, target markets, and business development strategies through hands-on experience and targeted training.
• Provide local support for Bosch Rexroth activities and networks, serving as a liaison between regional teams and headquarters.
• Offer consultation input for optimizing local Supply Chain and Logistics operations, contributing to process improvement and operational efficiency.

• 2 - 5 years of working experience in Supply Chain and/or Application Engineering.
• Proficient verbal and written communication in English, capable of leading negotiations in English.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach and willingness to take risks.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new situations and innovate solutions.
• Strong personality and leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
• High level of social competence and a strong team player who shares knowledge openly.
• Credible and trustworthy, with well-developed technical and methodological competence.
• Ability to think interdisciplinary, flexibly, and creatively.
• Good intellectual and managerial skills.
• Proficient knowledge of standard software, especially Office 365 (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint), and PowerBI.
