Job Description
- Collaborate closely with the online sales team to efficiently manage day-to-day E-commerce operations.
- Serve as the frontline point of contact, promptly responding to inquiries from customers on online platforms
- Supporting in administrative duties for Power Tools division
Qualifications
- Final year student (min. S-1) from any related major, preferably from Marketing or Business related area
- Have the previous experience in internship or any other activity related to e-commerce or online salest would be a plus point
- Understanding about power tools would be a plus point
- Excellent in written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa.
- Good communication skills
- Willing to do minimum 6 months period of internship
