Responsibilities
- Manage the online store of brands in e-commerce (e.g. Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok, and similar platforms)
- Create and execute promotional campaign and optimize ROI
- Manage the marketplace advertising on Shopee, Tokopedia, and similar platforms
- Manage livestream schedule and brief hosts on campaign plan
- Report to e-Commerce team leader for all Campaign Activities in the platforms
- Ensure all order are well-process through coordination with Warehouse team
- Update the online store product list, price, picture, campaign, promo.
- Coordinate with Marketplace AM/RM (Account Manager / Relationship Manager)
- Developing, implementing, and continually improving the e-Commerce strategy to drive growth across digital platforms
- Driving ecommerce sales performance
- Optimizing's customer journey and improving conversion rates
Qualifications
- Have 1 year experience in e-commerce Operations
- Experience in handling paid advertising on Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok, and similar platforms
- Understands livestreaming on e-commerce platforms (Shopee and TikTok)
- Have experience working in Fashion Industry
- Familiar with the SOP for handling official store marketplace, operation, product upload, product descriptions, traffic buying, any skill related to ecommerce.
- Have experience working with marketplace AM/RM (Account Manager / Relationship Manager)
- Strategic thinker and a results-driven professional with a passion for ecommerce
- Demonstrable track record of devising sales-enhancing strategies
- Willing to Work From Office in West Jakarta
