- Ensures the efficiency and reliability of factory machinery, plant and equipment.
- Ensures the maintenance and improvement of process performances, the meeting of requirements in terms of the quality and volume required, through the identification and implementation of appropriate actions and through the development of any necessary modifications in compliance with the safety parameters and environmental conditions defined by prevailing legislation and by internal norms.
- Directs, monitors and controls the implementation of breakdown maintenance for the machines or equipment are damaged and identify and determine the follow-up to be done so that the machine can operate again be effective in achieving production targets.
- Maintain the zero accident by keeping all the safety protection active and reinforcing the use through production supervisor and manager.
- Monitors the implementation of preventive maintenance to ensure the implementation of maintenance in accordance with the schedule set out in ensuring optimization of the entire machine and tool conditions in the company
- Develops all maintenance’s crew skill to fix and maintain the machine in good condition.
- Full support to commissioning activity and new machine start up
- Determining the critical spare part and ensure the availability of spare parts at the optimum level on the schedule for implementing machine repairs and maintenance
- Determine the follow-up that needs to be done on the machine
- Ready to anticipate any electrical call out at 24 hrs/day in all over plants, necessary come to company on holiday
- Determine and implement changes to the engine to improve engine performance
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Work and Behavioral Competencies/Skills
- Strong electrical background experiences with computerized or automated controls and ability to read electrical schematics
- Strong and able to do troubleshooting on LV and HV system, DC Drive, and AC drive
- Strong Ethernet IP and Profibus Communication design, configuration, and troubleshooting experience
- Knowledge Process cable, Proficient in Microsoft office, The orientation of the target, Leadership, Team work , and Analytical Thinking
Qualifications –
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electronic-Electrical) or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
Experience –
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experiences as a PLC Engineer for Siemens S5 and S7, Operated PG 6 as well.
