Elv (Extra Low Voltage) Electrical Engineer - Construction Data Center

Job Responsibilities：

(1) Planning

1. Participate in the review of EV drawings, collect professional opinions related to EV, and implement rectification opinions.

2. Responsible for the collection of technical specifications and standards related to EV engineering, and responsible for the application, promotion and control of new processes and technologies in the EV profession.

3. Review the design change applications for EV majors, organize feasibility studies of major design changes, and urge the design institute to complete design changes on time.

4. Participate in and assist in handling relevant procedures required before construction.

(2) Under construction

1. EV engineers are responsible for the control of project progress and construction quality within the scope of their profession. Handle technical and quality issues during construction.

2. Confirm design changes, handle construction technical issues, and handle engineering technical negotiations.

3. Coordinate issues such as site, construction water, electricity and schedule coordination among various construction teams.

4. Supervise the supervision company to supervise construction quality, daily inspections, participate in dead-point inspections, concealed acceptance, intermediate acceptance and completion acceptance. Handle quality incidents.

5. Supervise and coordinate the safety production, fire prevention, theft prevention and civilized construction work of the construction unit.

6. Supervise the pre-embedding and reservation work to ensure accuracy.

7. Coordinate the cross-construction of various professional construction teams to ensure that the project is completed on time and in quantity within the construction period.

(3) Acceptance

1. Participate in the post-completion acceptance of the project and raise issues and areas for improvement based on your own professional standards.

2. Participate in handover matters of weak current intelligent and handover matters with owners.

3. Participate in the training of owner operation and maintenance personnel.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, graduated in electrical, automation, communications and other related majors;

2. Proficient in weak current and intelligent systems of office building projects;

3. More than 5 years of experience in the construction and management of weak current systems in large public construction projects; Experience in Data Center project delivery is preferred

4. Have a strong sense of responsibility, be rigorous and careful in doing things, and have strong communication, coordination and problem-solving abilities;

5. Willing to be placed in Cikarang Area.
