Responsibilities:
In overall, this position will be responsible to plan and implement Employee Engagement program, not limited to support corporate events and activities.
- Plan event and activities from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives.
- Come up with suggestions to enhance the program's success.
- Prepare budgets and ensure adherence.
- Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur.
- Analyze the program's effectivity and prepare reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in any major from reputable university
- Proven experience as Employee Engagement/Event Manager
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and time management skill
- Excellent organizational skills and customer-service orientation
- A team player with leadership skills
