Employee Engagement Manager

Responsibilities:

In overall, this position will be responsible to plan and implement Employee Engagement program, not limited to support corporate events and activities.

• Plan event and activities from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives.
• Come up with suggestions to enhance the program's success.
• Prepare budgets and ensure adherence.
• Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
• Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur.
• Analyze the program's effectivity and prepare reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in any major from reputable university
• Proven experience as Employee Engagement/Event Manager
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and time management skill
• Excellent organizational skills and customer-service orientation
• A team player with leadership skills
