Job Requirements :
- A diploma or degree in Computer Studies or Information Technology
- Candidates with 3 years of helpdesk support experience will be preferred. Fresh graduates with relevant skillsets may also be considered
- Basic operating knowledge on Windows Server Operating System will be added advantage
- Strong customer service skills with a knack for problem solving.
- An aptitude for acquiring new skills and knowledge
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work on multiple assignments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of Windows 10 OS, Active Directory, Office 365 (Teams, Sharepoint Online, OneDrive), file and print infrastructure
- Working knowledge of LAN / WAN infrastructure and iOS and Android devices
- Be a team player, demonstrating shared responsibility and accountability with other team members
- Proficient in spoken & written English
Responsibilities :
- Provide remote END USER support primarily for Wilmar Singapore offices and Australia offices, occasional support of users in other regional offices may also be required
- Provide END USER support for Windows 10 Operating Systems, File and Print, Office365 services (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Active Directory etc.), Zoom
- Provide END USER support for other desktop application including MS Office, Acrobat, Docusign, Anti-Virus software, VPN application
- Trouble-shoot issues related to Windows 10 OS for end-users
- Tracking & documenting support activities using ticketing system (JIRA)
- Complete assigned service requests tickets, e.g. new AD user account creation, deletion of AD user account, password reset, etc
- Perform applications and software upgrades, perform troubleshooting and fine tuning for users
- Identify and promptly escalate issues to level 2 engineers where necessary
