- Monitor ecommerce performance metrics and KPIs, and provide regular insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Lead the development of innovative digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and influencer partnerships, to drive traffic and enhance brand awareness.
- Work closely with external partners and vendors to optimize ecommerce platform functionality and user experience.
