Responsibilities:
- Create or Update K3L Work Documents (Manuals, Golden Rules, Procedures, Standards, IK, Forms)
- Ensure that the program runs smoothly and is implemented by a team of marine Safety Specialists
- Continuously update safety performance
- Control outstanding findings from Marine Safety Specialists or customers
- Ensure that LPI recommendations are implemented according to the time set by the company & customer
- Help prepare Internal & External Audit preparation documents
- Coordinate with cross-functions or departments for follow-up/fulfillment of internal and external audit results
- Monitoring and updating MCU, PPE data and coordinating with the Internal Department regarding training required by the company or customer for all ship employees & crew
- Collaborating with dept. operations, dept. technical and other related departments in preparing SIO extension documents until the SIO is released.
- Ensure that safety reports related to government & customer requirements are implemented properly (daily hazard report, weekly report, Quarterly ESDM Report, Monthly Environmental Report, Monthly OHIH Report, etc.)
- Make monthly reports regarding the performance of leading & lagging safety indicators from each work unit
Requirements:
- Hold Bachelor’s Degree (Minimal GPA 3) from Environmental Engineering / Hyperkes / Environmental Health / Industrial Engineering / Shipping Engineering / Marine Engineering / Public Health / K3
- Work Experience (Time & Career Path), minimum 2 years as QHSE/Safety Officer
- Technical Skills required: Marine Surveyor
