Job Description
Responsibilities encompass:
- Draft and review policies, procedures and guidelines including Code of Conduct;
- Establish or make improvement to the structure of Ethics Committees and draft and review charters of Ethics and other Committees;
- Provide advise to the Business Units on Legal, regulatory and in particular ethical conduct and Compliance matters;
- Perform end-to-end investigations on potential violations, cases, complaints and prepare comprehensive report for the Senior Management;
- Manage and improve gifts and entertainment reporting infrastructures;
- Lead and organize trainings, communication and socialization of Code of Conducts and relevant policies;
- Handle and organize the whistleblowing channels and to respond to the submission made in timely manner;
- Contribute to the risk assessment and provide legal, compliance and regulatory advise to the Business Units;
- Work closely with fellow Legal Counsels and other stakeholders from various level of seniorities; and
- Be able to advise and communicate matters to the most Senior Management properly and in clear manner.
- Have a minimum Bachelor's degree in Law;
- Minimum 8 years of experience with at least 3 years handling Ethics, Code of Conduct, or compliance related;
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a must;
- Experience in conducting (compliance) investigations;
- Experience working in a Company or as in-house Counsel is a plus;
- Certification in Ethics, Compliance or Risk matters is a plus;
- Ability to work in a fast and very dynamic work environment;
- Strong sense of risk identification and fast to propose quality mitigation effort;
- Willingness to handle multiple tasks and to meet strict deadlines;
- Have a prosocial approach and easily adapting to different stakeholders profile;
- Punctual, discipline and able to organize priorities.
