Job Description :
- Take charge of preparing all operational requirements for events within the Female Daily Network.
- Input detailed information related to Event Orders (MO), Budgets (RAB), Payment Vouchers, and settlements into the system and finance records.
- Work closely with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for each event.
- Take ownership of managing essential administrative files crucial to the operational success of events within the Female Daily Network.
- Maintain a systematic and organized filing system for easy retrieval of important documents.
Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Event Operation / administration or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in financial documentation and record-keeping.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Event Operational needs.
