- Experience in setup and execution of virtual webinars and webinar platform
- Experience with set-up/update of campaign metrics reporting and/or with reporting on event delivery impacts
- Experience with Marketo, SFDC and Tableau preferred

In this role, the successful candidate will own the operational excellence including execution, stakeholder management, and success of Training & Certification (T&C) Sales-led Events throughout APAC. They will implicitly earn trust internally focusing on building core relationships with a broad range of teams within the T&C organisation. They will have the focus and detail to coordinate, build and deploy events through various webinar platforms (including GTW/Cisco Webex) with the reporting, structure and mindset to demonstrate the impact to the business in partnership with the operations and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities includes:
- Manage mass scale events across Asia Pacific including the schedule, build, execution and evaluation
- Educate stakeholders on event guidelines and best practices
- Provide progressive updates to the business on registration and attendance activities and ensure the systems are updated with event data
- Manage requests in a timely manner
- Develop new processes and formats to address business needs and increase output
- Manage escalations and issues arising from the webinar platforms themselves
- Managing and building sustainable reporting cadences on aspects such as attendance, C-Sat and engagement
- Liaising with key stakeholders including Operations, Marketing and webinar partners to ensure delivery of the webinars
- Knowledge and/or hands-on experience with a Learning Management System (LMS).
- Knowledge/Understanding of Cloud Computing and/or AWS will be considered a bonus
