💰Salary

Rp 5,000,000 - 5,700,000

👑 Job Role

• Support collection team to handle administration things, include but no limited to: manpower calculation; information collection; making daily performance and attendance report; tech issue feedback and make record; 
• Provide training to collection team when have new strategy or new function
• Observe team situation and give feedback to manager and HQ 
• Search for news that related to finance industry, evaluate the risk of bad news and give update to team

⛩️ Requirements

• Communicate fluently in English(if can speak Chinese is much more preferred)
• Able to handle data, making reports, fluently using EXCEL, sensitive with data, can find problem when report have mistake or performance have strange decrease trend
• Good at making PPT(better have example)
• Have collection background / worked in collection area more than 2 years
• Can provide new idea and proposal to help collection team
• Have a clear logic, good communication skill and and public speaking skill
• Quick learner, smart thinker, flexible, have ability to handle emergency situation, have ability to summarize from the past mistake and give effective solution, self-discipline and self-motivated
