Job Descriptions:
- Customer Event Planning and Logistics:
• Build relevant customer sales program planning
• Organize event invite and produce OFT for sellers
o Identify and secure an appropriate venue (internal and external) that
accommodates the expected number of attendees.
o Arrange necessary event equipment, including audio-visual systems,
seating.
o Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for F&B catering, event
materials, and promotional items. Registration and Attendee
Management.
o Manage attendee registration and track RSVP
o Work with Microsoft Facilities and Security team for building security
clearances (varies by country location)
o Send confirmation emails to registered attendees with event details,
agenda, and logistics.
o Manage event registration and customer experience on the event
day to ensure smooth check-in• On-Site Event Management:
o Oversee event operations on the day of the event, ensuring a
smooth and seamless experience for attendees.
o Manage event sessions, ensuring they start and end on time and
handle any unforeseen issues.
o Implement necessary health and safety protocols to safeguard the
well-being of all attendees and staff.
o Deliver customers and partners on product update, envisioning
session and product evangelism.
o Create strategic program such as marketing demand generation,
building integrated offer and value discovery workshops.
o Monitor and following up all deals generation, leads conversion
program and opportunity acceleration.
- Conduct Field support activities after the enablement sessions.
• Developing a priority account list that includes accounts meeting one or
more of the following criteria:
o Accounts with usage below 60% for priority workloads (Exchange
Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, ProPlus).
o Accounts falling below threshold for M365 E3 eligibility upsell in
MSX.
o Accounts with an impending renewal date.
o Accounts with limited engagement with partners for adoption
activities.
• Coordinate meetings and discussions with customers to identify:
o The current landscape of Office 365 usage and configuration in the
customer’s tenant.
o Priorities for workload/scenario and target user (business users, IT
department, or champion users).
o Issues or difficulties encountered when using Office 365 solutions.• Conduct enablement session (demo/training/workshop/seminar) for
targeted users using customers preferred delivery mode (onsite, hybrid, or
online).• Carry out post enablement follow-ups to:
o Addressing questions that arose during the enablement session.
o Provide consultation on the current Office 365 implementation.
o Schedule additional sessions for a deep dive into certain scenarios.
o Updating account team or partner regarding leads generated during
enablement sessions.
- Field Consumption Sales Support
• Engage with account team and partners to drive consumption Microsoft
365.
o Develop consumption account list based on current usage, renewal
date, and requests from the account team, and review this list
periodically.
o Coordinate meetings and discussion with customers to ascertain
their priorities in terms of adoption workloads, use case scenarios,
and users.• Arrange enablement sessions (such as demo, training, workshop, or
seminar) for customers.
o Delivers Customer Solutioning Sessions, Develop Account based sales
strategy together with appropriate partner within their capacity &
capability to offer back to customers.
o Monitors the partners submission on Solution Approach,
Deployment Plan, Activation, Usage and Consumption from related
Partners to Customer.
o Makes sure the Pipelines are updated in both Partner and Field team
Summary. Focuses to deliver outcome of consumptions.• Quantify the health metrics to all segments:
o M365 Licenses MAU Consumptions
o Copilot MAU Consumptions
o Teams App MAU Consumptions
o Ability to provide structured rhythms & reporting to support
operational execution on business rhythm.
Who We Are Looking For:
Experiences Required: Marketing Event and GTM Program management, Key
Experiences, Skills and Knowledge:
- 2+ years of related experience in marketing execution with specialized in
event end to end and program management With strong post event leads following up management experience is preferred. - Experienced in Partner management and sales support is plus
In depth knowledge with Microsoft overall products and solutions. - Good planning skill with strategic thinking
- Self-driven with good communication skill
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Fluent in both Indonesia native language and English
