We are seeking a skilled and creative Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at a luxurious 5-star Resort Property in Bali.
The ideal candidate will bring a fresh and innovative approach to the culinary experience, seamlessly blending Western and Asian cooking techniques and preparations.
This is a unique opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise in a stunning tropical setting, delivering a world-class dining experience to our discerning guests.
Experience, skills & attributes that we are looking for :
- Culinary degree from a reputable institution.
- Proven track record of success as an Executive Chef in luxury resorts or high-end restaurants in International settings
- Extensive knowledge of both Western and Asian cooking techniques and marriage of flavours.
- Demonstrates ability to develop and execute creative, trendsetting menus.
- Passion for exploring new culinary trends and incorporating them into the resort's offerings.
- Strong leadership and management abilities to guide and motivate the culinary team.
- Excellent communication
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and taste.
- Attention to detail and a keen sense of aesthetics in culinary creations.
- Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic needs of a 5-star beachside resort environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.
