- Culinary degree or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Executive Chef or in a comparable position within upscale hotel or restaurant or work abroad.
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role is required for all positions.
- Expertise in culinary techniques, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Experience in menu planning and costing, inventory management, and kitchen hygiene and safety standards
- Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to train and motivate kitchen staff
- Good personality, positive attitude, highly motivated and team player
- Able to join immediately
