Requirements:
- Culinary degree or equivalent
- Previous experience as an Executive Chef or in a comparable position within upscale hotel or restaurant or work abroad.
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role is required for all positions.
- Posses a valid health certificate
- Excellent knowledge in classic French cuisine
- Thorough knowledge of diverse cuisines, cooking methodologies, and adherence to food safety practices is expected, particularly for the Executive Chef position.
- Strong, positive leadership and communication abilities are necessary to efficiently lead a team and team player.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is a key attribute.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are imperative across all roles.
- Precision in handling guest information with attention to detail is highly valued.
