Requirement
- A culinary leader with a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant setting.
- Proven expertise in Korean BBQ cuisine, including marinades, grilling techniques, and banchan (side dishes) preparation.
- A strong foundation in Western culinary techniques with a desire to create innovative Korean BBQ dishes with a sophisticated Western flair.
- Exceptional creativity and the ability to develop a menu that reflects the restaurant's focus on premium ingredients and elevated dining experiences.
- Inspiring leadership skills to motivate, mentor, and develop a high-performing culinary team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive and collaborative kitchen environment.
