We are looking for qualified and dynamic talent to joint our success team for the position of:
· F & B Sales Executive
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain F&B menus, content, and collateral across various channels and formats.
- Ensure accurate updates of dining and beverage product information in multiple systems.
- Expand customer experience by introducing new F&B products.
- Cultivate strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct market analysis and create long-term and short-term work plans.
- Planning, coordinating, and executing monthly, regular, and promotional events to increase revenue
- Coordinate content across pre-cruise and onboard channels, including brochures, websites, email and print materials.
- Contribute to seasonal and trade initiatives, aligning them with guest experience and commercial objectives
- Evaluate and report on the success of key F&B initiatives and promotions
- Maintain accuracy of product details, pricing, and system setup for the F&B Gift Collection.
- Participate in key F&B projects in line with departmental objectives
- Coordinate project meetings, review ongoing activities, and maintain detailed project planners
- Act as a point of contact for the F&B Product Team within the internal knowledge base system
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in a related field is typically required. Relevant fields include Commerce, Sales and Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration, or similar disciplines
- A minimum of 1year of experience in a sales-related position is desirable
- A neat and well-groomed appearance is essential for representing the company.
- Fashionable attire is often expected
- In-depth knowledge of the F&B industry, especially trends and future developments related to beverages, is valuable.
- Understanding customer preferences and market dynamics is crucial
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
- The ability to build relationships and effectively convey product information is critical
- F&B Sales Executives should be goal-driven and focused on achieving sales targets.
