- Working closely with Branch Manager of each dealers to monitor the dealer’s performance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, and monitor dealer compliance with company standards and policies •
- Collaborate with the sales team to implement effective strategies for boosting sales and market share
- Conduct regular field visits to dealers to assess operations and provide support
- Track and report on the performance of dealers against set targets
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and operations of automotive dealers
- Knowledge of sales processes and strategies in the automotive sector
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Willingness to travel regularly to visit dealerships and oversee Field Operations
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
