Finance, Accounting and Tax Staff

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Diploma of Taxation

• Proficient in using Microsoft office (Excel, Word)

• Have work experience in the tax field for 3 years

• Able to operate e-Filling, e-Nofa, e-Bupot, master tax deposit & reporting via DJP Online 

• Certified as a tax consultant or Brevet A&B is preferred.

• Experienced in handling tax audits.

• Have in-depth knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements

• Can communicate well and be ready to work in a team

• Willing to be placed at Tangerang

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Input, compile and create tax reports

• Print tax invoices and deduction receipts

• Record company transactions / input tax-related transactions into the tax application (DJP Online)

• Calculate and report monthly tax reports such as making periodic VAT, PPh21, PPh23 and other PPh reports

• Calculate and report the company's annual tax report.

• Enter verification of input and output tax invoices to ensure the accuracy of company tax data

• Filing/filling company tax documents, both softcopy and hardcopy, for all tax transactions every month, as well as preparing documents required for tax audits and annual tax returns

• Establish good communication with the Account Representative at the registered Taxpayer's KPP

• Complete tax activities such as book transfers, application submissions, administrative arrangements, etc
