JOB DESCRIPTION :
- 1. Financial Reporting: Ensuring accuracy, compliance with regulations, and timely reporting are crucial aspects of this role.
- 2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Developing budgets in collaboration with other departments, monitoring financial performance against budgets, and providing regular forecasts to guide decision-making are key tasks.
- 3. Financial Analysis: Conducting thorough analysis of financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement. This may involve profitability analysis, cost analysis, and financial modeling.
- 4. Internal Controls: Implementing and monitoring internal control procedures to safeguard company assets, ensure compliance with regulations, and prevent fraud or mismanagement.

Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Experience in accounting preferred. Proficiency in Odoo accounting software and Microsoft Excel. High attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to collaborate in a team environment. Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience in managing and developing staff, delegating tasks, and fostering a collaborative work environment is crucial.
The ability to think strategically, assess risks and opportunities, and align financial goals with organizational objectives is highly valued.
