Job Position: Accounting Operation Officer
About The Role:
The Reporting Officer's primary role is gathering data, reviewing and analyzing data (daily), Input journal & Assist the Supervisor to create a monthly financial report
What Will You Do:
- Involve in monthly closing process to ensure reconciliation, and proper closing process, including all costs are recorded properly
- Responsible for the general ledger and financial statement, ensuring completeness of all transactions with proper classification
- Timely recording of the transaction to the accounting system (ERP)
- Minimum bachelor's degree in accounting (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Possess accounting skills and reporting knowledge
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, any experience with ERP is a plus
- Pay attention to detail with good communication skills
- Have experience in Accounting and Reconciliation
- Good skills on Ms. Excel
- Communication Skill
