Key Responsibilities
Plan & monitor team operational strategy to achieve company OKR
Coordinate responsibilities and capacity planning for target fulfillment for their team
Manage day-to-day operations of the team.
Manage and execute Ad-Hoc projects
Coordinate with other departments to solve issues related to the Financial Reporting team
Report OKR Achievements to the manager on a weekly or monthly basis
Maintain the integrity of all financial record-keeping
Coordinate with internal and external auditor
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Major
Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Auditing, especially Big4 Company / Tech Company.
Proven teamwork and leadership experience.
Have excellent knowledge of International Accounting Standards (IFRS) and Local Accounting Standards (PSAK)
Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools (Microsoft & Gsuite)
Have good initiative in working, detail oriented and excellent analytical thinking
Comfortable and confident speaking to mid-level and senior executives
Working arrangement: Hybrid.
