Fit Out Tenant Officer

Job Responsibility :

• To assist tenants/contractors for checking proposed design & giving information about rules & regulation
• Supporting Supervisor to supervise tenants Fit Out process
• Processing working permit as procedure

Requirements :

• Male/Female, max. 30 years of age
• S1 major in Architect / Design / Civil
• Min 1 year experience on the same / related position
• Capable in design and building constructions
• Good communication, honest, hard worker & able to work under pressure
• Good command in English, written & oral is a must
• Computer literate (MS. Office, AutoCAD, 3D Design, Photoshop, etc)
