Job Description- Handling Front Office operational
- Act as section head or Duty Manager
- Supervise the team performance
- Act as trainer for the team members
- Working on special projects assigned by General Manager
- Reporting directly to Director of Rooms
- 6 months internship in Front Office Department, focusing on Guest Experience, Quality and Rooms Division operations in General
Work Experience
Having at least 6 months experience of internship or employment in 5 star hotel or luxury environment.
Understand the hotel operational especially Rooms Division
Familiar with Front Office operations
Ability to work under pressure in all aspect of job function
Ability to maintain guest and company confidentiality
Ability to communicate effectively
Possess good administration skills
