Requirements:

FLUENCY in BOTH verbal and written English and Bahasa Indonesia is a MUST!

• Hands-on experience with Hotel Management software (PMS)
• Bachelor's degree in Rooms Division, Hotel Management, or other relevant fields. Bachelor's degree is desirable
• 1 or 2 years experience in similar position
• Strong affinity for and commitment to the hotel industry
• Strong market sense and results orientation
• Understanding of all hotel management best practices and relevant laws

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon their arrival.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Provide information about hotel services, amenities, tours and local sites.
• Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers.
• Check guest rooms to ensure quality standards.
• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues effectively, escalating to the appropriate department if necessary.
• Offer assistance with certain tasks (e.g. confirming travel arrangements, restaurant reservations, e.g.)
• Handle guest accounts, including charges and credits.
• Balance and reconcile daily transactions, ensuring the accuracy of financial records.
• Process guest payments, including cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
