Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay is located on the southern tip of the island of Bali on the northeast slopes of the Bukit peninsula. Luxuriously appointed private villas are built into a gently terraced hillside named Bukit Permai, which means "beautiful hill".

About the role:

The Front Office Manager directs the activities of the Front Office, Guest Services, Telecommunication and Concierge Departments to create a welcoming experience. This role will be responsible for managing staff and ensuring the guest experience is at the expected level.

What You Will Do:

  • Oversee a team of Assistant Managers and Front Office staff, ensuring accurate communication and follow-up on any problems, guest requests, and special requirements.

  • Ensure the smooth registration and cashiering functions of the Front Office.

  • Reviews daily arrivals, VIPs, special request, group needs, room assignments and coordinates with Housekeeping Department the needs of guests.

  • Resolves customer complaints from all areas of the hotel, handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services.

  • Communicate with the Assistant Director of Rooms/CORE Manager on room availability and selling strategy to maximize occupancy, revenue and rate.

What You Bring:

  • Minimum of three years experiences as Front Office Manager with Five Stars Hotel or Resort.

  • Strong supervisory and managerial skills are essential with outstanding demonstrated coaching and development skills.

  • Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills, good problem-solving ability and proficiency in hotel property management systems including Opera PMS and Microsoft programs (excel, word etc).

  • Excellent communication and organization skills; reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language. Knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus.

Schedule & Hours:

  • This is a full-time position.  

  • A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, and the ability to work morning, afternoon and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
